RJ Hernández is a Yale-educated creative producer, stylist, author, and project coordinator with over a decade managing complex, high-pressure projects for luxury clients across fashion, design, and media.

After beginning his career working at Vogue, W, and Elle, he assumed a leadership role at London-based Schön! magazine, where he oversaw content production, schedules, and team management across international sectors.

RJ has since worked with brands including: Nordstrom, H&M, Zara, Ikea, Pepsi, Carter’s, Target, Vince Camuto, Eileen Fisher, Club Monaco, Dolce & Gabbana, US Polo Association, L’Oreal Paris, MLB, Gillette, Disney, Uniqlo, Hilton Hotels, Aeropostale, and Nautica.

Equally personable as he is detail-oriented, RJ brings the same professionalism, thoughtfulness, and bright enthusiasm to every project.
